Hot 2 Trot - Haydock Park 4.30 7 Dutch Masterpiece @ 16/1 / 4 Harry Hurricane @ 8/1 (odds to 4th place) - each way

The 4.30 at Haydock is a 5 furlong Class 2 Sprint, the Going is Good and likely to remain so
and the only change to the conditions, here and elsewhere from yesterday is the somewhat
stronger wind, that may impact more at Newmarket on the wide open spaces of the Heath;

than it does here, we don't perceive a draw bias here other than not being drawn very low.

HARRY HURRICANE deserves a win for a host of game performances in defeat, never
far away in some top summer handicaps, he has not been over-raced and comes here on
a still excellent handicap mark, the booking of Jim Crowley, desperate for every win he

can get, and riding like he is desperate to win, adds to the confidence of a bold bid.

DUTCH MASTERPIECE is more speculative on recent form, but delve back over
the past 2-3 seasons, and he is on a cracking mark and is often one to pop up in
the Autumn on better ground, he gets ideal conditions here, a nice draw, a very
capable apprentice booked and looks to be coming to hand again, just in time for today.
