Hot 2 Trot is very keen on SCOOBY in the closing competitive Hurdle at Hereford, a solid

performer in this grade, ran well on seasonal debut and always it seems best right handed,

the Course should suit, the trip not a problem and a nice mark to exploit for a yard that is

looking like having a run of winners just like it did at this stage of last season.

BALLYEGAN is more a process of elimination as he is an exposed if capable Chaser

off this mark. The fact is he gets his ideal conditions, is fit and off bottom weight. The

remainder are either coming off longer than normal breaks, are having seasonal debut

or are running in ground likely to be very much on the soft side for them. The hope is

that 8 runners remain and if so any price above 10/1 is good each way value. If you

look at the race at 12 noon and there are 5 runners and the price is 6/1 - may be one

for you to think harder about but as it stands a cracking each way chance we think.
