I would be very interested in CHEAT THE CHEATER but for the lack of a run and no real stable form to base assessments on;

SHANANN STAR needed a seasonal debut desperately, has good form on Course and at this trip and Going will not be an excuse;

it actually has good winning form over our good friend Paddy The Oscar and if Paddy was in this race in its current form would be

strongly fancied. SNOWBALL is another dour plodder/stayer, is race fit and should run its race, a bit of a niggle about the Trainer

and Jockey, but the Trainer has probably forgotten more than most of us will ever know, and presumably any Conditional could have

been booked, so they must have confidence in this one, who frankly, I have not heard of!. Of the rest; General Girling may need the

run and Hows My Friend and the diminutive Leith Hill Legasi, don't really seem to be great value at their prices but feared.
