THE ADVISOR - Exeter 1.25 Amateur Jockey Handicap Hurdle - Class 5 - 2 miles 5 and 1/2 furlongs 16 run - Soft

 

At the head of the market are Townhill who returns off a 229 day break and Shuil Ceoil who is more about potential than proven form and I'm happy to take both of them on. I Look How I Look is a very unexposed Skelton horse but it's gone off at big prices in Maidens and Novices so we'll wait and see what it does in this handicap race. Maroochi would have been of significant interest on better ground but this may be too soft for it today. Winchester D'Amsyl is unexposed and has potential for JonJo O'Neill and I've added to the TRACKER from today. Unspeakable is already in the Tracker following an impressive Taunton run last season and was considered here but again may prefer better Going. If either of the shrapnel picks below didn't run it would step up from reserve. Ginderella was very heavily backed at Wincanton last time and will be a danger here too.

 

I can't look beyond SINDABELLA though, did me proud with a facile win at the last meeting over 2 miles and 2 and 1/2 furlongs returning a 12/1 SP, it's got form at this trip and in soft and heavy ground and with the riders Claim is unpenalised. NO REMATCH could be running back in to some form after a quiet spell and is on a very appealing handicap mark if it does and has winning form over further and on heavy ground.

 

A couple really caught my eye at bigger prices and with enhanced places on offer are well worth a shrapnel bet.

 

ARTHALOT is another I tipped last time but it unseated early, it remains a well handicapped horse with a nice profile and the other of note is MIDNIGHT GLANCE a Course Chase winner at 3 miles off a mark of 102, Hurdle wins too, fine on soft ground, out of form but this is a significant ease in grade and Alan KIngs 8 year old really could return at a nice price here if there is any improvement in recent form.
