We have 3 of these in the Tracker and straight to the point with them in terms of the analysis of their chances.

 

HOLD THAT THOUGHT for Venetia Williams has had a couple of runs and should now be cherry ripe, on the basis of a win at Carlisle last season off a mark of 128 there are no excuses today. CHECKITOUT for the Twiston-Davies team is very well handicapped on some not too distant form in better races than this, they persevere with Cheek-Pieces which don't seem to have worked so far, I'm happy to invest in it but it'll be interesting to see if this horse isn't thrown in to a decent race very soon without the Cheek-Pieces and improve without them.

 

The other Tracker horse is ROBINSTOWN, he's in there on Irish form and is very intriguing as he comes over to make his Chase debut, he's got good P2P form and Hurdles form in Ireland at the trip and having spoken to Sean we both find it strange that he's come over to be pitched in here.

 

At the top of the market Only The Bold hosed up last time and gets a 10lb penalty, it could be very progressive but there is a lot of solid experience in here so it's no gimmie for the Pipe horse. Eaton Collina is pretty short considering its Chase form although it has a Course win over Hurdles. Alamzhar Garde is very frustrating but the type who could fire at any time and Orrisdale has all his best form here but over shorter and on better ground, so can't be totally rules out either.

 

The other who really caught the eye was THE KINGS WRIT an impressive winner at Warwick over Christmas off a reduced mark and even with a 4lb penalty is still well below its previous win mark of 124 (won off 115 at Warwick and runs off 119 here), after a suitable break it's impossible to ignore.
