This will take some getting on this undulating Course with a stiff climb to the finish that they encounter twice and a stiff climb out the back that can find out horses if they do too much too early.

 

The market leader is Com Park for De Bromhead and Rachel and this basically 2 mile ex Flat horse makes no appeal to me in these conditions. Brianna Lily hosed up yesterday at Clonmel and would be a warm order IF reappearing and worth a 1/2 point each way in that event, although if it doesn;t run it would impact the market significantly.

 

On that basis I have enough doubts about the likes of Hard Target and That's About Right who are both very decent horses who will win races but who on form will certainly not like the Heavy ground. Happy Dreams has one compelling bit of winning form in a big field handicap but will almost certainly need the run so I've added it to the TRACKER. Emancipator either wins or gets a letter next to its name and is always a danger when fresh and not off a bad mark but a marmite horse to treat with caution.

 

The pair that I feel MOST confident about investing in are both very decent e/w prices. MISTER TWIST is a Distance winner off a mark of 107 who runs off 109 today, it's had a 3 month break but usually good to go and a decent speculative punt. ADDED BONUS can travel very well in to races and has the probability of looming large turning in running off the bridle, it's OK in mud, the drop in trip should be ideal and provided he's not allowed to get to the front oo soon couple pop up at a very nice price off a nice mark and a lightweight of just 10 stones.
