Warwick 2.40 - Conditional Handicap Hurdle - Class 4 - 2 miles 3 furlongs. - Good to Soft > Soft

 

A Conditional Handicap Hurdle and I feel that the favourites are far from bomb proof.

 

Kozier from the Alan King yard is all about untapped potential. They have been patient with the horse and he could win this doing hand-stands but until the potential is realised the price looks skinny. There is some light rain about on Going that may already be softer than advertised so Rock On Tiger, who may be in the grip of the handicapper and who would want a firmer surface also looks vulnerable.

 

Aqualla Sky also has some potential and will be interesting to see how it does on handicap debut. The mark looks about right and an obvious danger. The biggest danger to the selection would probably be STAR OF RORY the ground will suit this one, a Course winner but another i feel just a bit in the grip of the handicapper but looks solid place material

 

The one who is best priced in terms of a solid each way chance is MINELLA MOJO, the drop in trip should help as seems ideally suited on past runs to this kind of trip. Has had a couple of promising runs here at Warwick and unlike a couple of the others a mark of 112 with a good 7lbs Claimer up looks bang on "win range".
