Wetherby 1.20 Novice Handicap Hurdle over 2 miles 5 and 1/2 Furlongs

 

The likely favourite is North Star Oscar and together with a rare NH runner for The Queen (No Trumps) will provide stern opposition. This is a proper NH Track though with stiff Hurdles and Fences and a long and stamina sapping home straight and with conditions likely soft and getting softer I like the each way chances of SEAPOINT.

 

SEAPOINT has the benefit of a recent run, has solid Hurdles form in this type of race and the Handicap mark looks exploitable and in booking Thomas Wilmott possibly a better/stronger jockey than in some recent runs when lady apprentice ridden.
