A lovely venue that stages this Meeting and another in August up in the hills.

 

I've three against the field here all with proven form on the Track, it's a nice left hand almost perfect Oval track with a climb to the finish. 

 

At the top of the market , Yenillik is upped 11lbs for a somewhat out of the blue win at Wexford and I'm just not convinced about the validity of that form. Hereditary Route is off a 27lbs lower Hurdle mark and is basically a Chaser running with a huge apparent weight advantage. If you want a win saver at short odds feel free.

 

A Different World has a win mark of 89, has been penalised a few times for good solid placed runs but off a mark of 98 as a result looks exposed handicap wise but likely to run its race and place again. Alice O'Byrne is well worth adding to your TRACKER systems, this trip may suit and it's a horse I think will win races but not quite yet. Double Jubilee is the other one I'd fear after an improved run last time.

 

The three who jumps off the page at me though and are all good e/w value are LOUDEST WHISPER who has Course and Distance form, no worries about going, the trip nor the handicap mark and looks primed to run well here tonight. BALLYCASTLE GIRL was a Course and Distance winner just under 2 years ago off a mark of 101 and was noted running a nice race on seasonal debut that will have it spot on for this and the mark of 102 makes it very interesting. At bigger odds it's worth a small bet on RARE CONOR, a runner up over Course and Distance last year off a mark of 104, its regressed since but if a mark of 95 is it's new level it can run an enhanced place. If any come out then CLONGULLE WAY as reserve would be worth a small investment.
