With the aforementioned weather in Devon the fear is the race cuts up with a number of non runners. It is hard to look past last years winner (and tip) GONNABEGOOD here so I will have a win saver, trip, Going, Course form; mark and best runs right handed on uphill finishes, the one to beat in my book. I think the likes of Hill Fort and Mountain Of Mourne may need the run but ones to track and follow in low grade races here in coming months and SHINTORI will be a big danger to the favourite and one for Tricast purposes. 

The one at a big price I can see outrunning odds and in to an enhanced place (if not too many non runners) is TACTICAL MANOUVRE who has a Course win to its name; is fine at the trip and best of ground with some cut in it; is back to a winning handicap mark and an excellent 7lbs Claimer up too, has had the benefit of a run, and I will be a bit disappointed if not placed here at big odds.
