SEAN - Galway 6.00 - Blazers Handicap - Chase - 2 miles 6 and 1/2 furlongs - 20 run - Good to Yielding

 

I'm going to start by strongly recommending a shrapnel e/w bet on first reserve Inclusion and third reserve Arctic Ambition here , as if either run the price will crash and on pure form analysis they have excellent chances. If they don't run you'll get the stake refunded. This may not suit you all and cause some confusion but it's a bet I will personally have as a back-stop!

 

That makes it a bit of a messy race but at the top end of the market I'm not as taken by Good Bye Sam and Quantum Realm, Toss Again could be anything for De bromhead as could Percy Warner who Rachel rides with the stable finding a nice one to win this last year both could be well supported in the market but i'm not totally convinced.Brideswell Lad is another who looks laid out for the race but the handicap mark is a bit restrictive. 

 

At BIG odds i would not be surprised to see a much improved effort from Faceur Du Large for whom this trip may be ideal and conditions suitable, eased a bit in Class and IF the reserves don't feature but one of the main selections didn't run then he'd be a reserve pick! (The Reserves have to be declared by around 10am after which they don't replace a non runner)

 

My 3 selections though against the field who are declared to run are BALLYKEEL who looks surprisingly well handicapped on Irish form if you take UK Perth run in to account and for smaller bets , FAIRYHILL RUN who is incing down the weights and THE DABBLER who ran very well in this race last year and with some proven stamina and a lower mark could again figure at nice e/w Odds.
