Placespotter - Chepstow 3.20 11 Walk On Al 10/1 (Sky) / 9 Wilton Milan 16/1 (Sky and Paddy Power go odds to 4th place in this race) - both each way

The 3.20 is the feature race a 3 mile Class 4 Chase with some old favourites and some

promising types in competition. The obvious favourite is Allchilledout; he has strong

claims on a Course and Distance win last time but as a novice Chaser and up to a

career high Chase mark he does not look value to me at 4/1. Loughalder has CD form

and is one that could "pop up" at any time but is basically 10lbs above its "comfort mark"

in my opinion and still suffering from 2 wins last season in the grip of the handicapper still.

Dr Robin is another with solid form chances from a yard picking up momentum after a

virus but I just feel is better on better ground. WALK ON AL is closely linked on form

to Dr Robin but gets a pick on the basis of a runner up spot here and then a win in

this type of ground at FFos Llas and from a yard "going places" I think he looks very

solid each way material at 10/1 with Sky who like Paddy Power go odds to 4th.

The real dark horse could be WILTON MILAN almost a stone better at peak;

glimmers of a return to form last time, Harry Skelton has won on this horse when

it was with PFN; now with his brother and some new headgear today, his mark

of 112 is too good to ignore and he is still only a 9 year old!!!
