(Sean) Cork 3.20

A 16 runner race on soft Going over 3 and a half Miles and stamina, fitness and jumping ability will be very much tested.

The big Trainers are here but I feel a few of the lesser known Yards could have a highly significant day.

I will have a "win saver" on last years winner OUT SAM who arrives after a very similar lay off, a few pounds more but not excessive, ticks every box and looks a stronger bet at the Odds than the progressive co-favourite Young Paddymc who will be a big rival, if getting the trip, and the key word there is "if"

Oscar Knight and Aherlow have similar stamina question marks but others who would be a massive danger if getting home strongly.

That leaves me with a list of 5 that very much interest me and of those GOLD DIGGER who was going well in the 4 miler at Cheltenham in March when falling and last years placed if enigmatic THE GATECHECKER warrant small Tracker bets based on what I consider to be very generous over priced Odds.

Progress Drive was a bit disappointing in The Munster National and is one I will be watching closely and just failed to be one of the 2 tips for the race.

CLOUDY MORNING has proven stamina in the Going and is cherry ripe after 2 good blows over wholly inadequate trips over Hurdles, looks laid out for the race and should make a bold bid with luck in running. I also really like the chances of WONDEROFTHEWORLD who is fit, progressive over Hurdles and Fences and another from a lesser Yard who could give the Trainer a famous win.

Plenty to learn then with a long season ahead and I will back as follows-:

Win Saver (Out Sam); Tips (Cloudy Morning / Wonderoftheworld)....and my trackers at bigger odds for a small bet (The Gatechecker @ 25/1  + Gun Digger @ 20/1).
