Basford Ben is to all eyes "out of form" but i am a firm believer that every horse has a mark it can win off, it just has to find it. This horse is now ridiculously well handicapped and will find a level and a win at some point soon. Jenny Candlish would not persevere if she was not seeing something, she loves this horse too much.

Hartforth won on seasonal debut last season, ideal conditions. Trainer Donald Willians, is now in the shadow a bit of Alastair, but can still ready one!
