Despite being shorter than we'd like it's hard to see past ABEL HANDY so a 2 point win bet on that, if you can get 4/1 or better and want a place saver to be ultra conservative, feel free to do so. Solid form in this Grade, Trainer / Jockey combo always feared here and really no reason why it shouldn't be the one they all have to beat.

 

The one at bigger Odds who catches the eye is VICTORY ANGEL, Rebecca Bastiman is not in great form it has to be said, but horses are needing a run, this one has had two and both times close up 4th. Nice handicap mark and low draw and will be disappointing if it can't grab a place at least. I looked at Melody King, the one with most scope, but its pedigree and runs to date suggest an easy 7 furlongs or still uphill 6 furlongs may suit better than this very sharp 6 furlongs.
