Trip is just short of 3 miles here and a Class 5 Chase. There are some who can tangibly labelled "no hopers" and a few who might need the run and that narrows the field down nicely. One who can "pop up" and has everything in its favour, general fitness, trip, Going and handicap mark is ALTO DES MOTTES and with Henry Hogarth having a recnt winner with his small string, can not be any doubts that if his horses have a chance they can deliver. The horse has only run here once before, strange when you consider its age and where Trainer is based, but no reason why it can't run a place at the very least.
