A tight and competitive race in respect of one of Racings greatest characters.

 

Grand Sancy who Paul Nicholls puts up in trip after a wind operation may just need this but should be in everyone's notebooks.

 

Kaloki has a great Course record but you'd have to take fitness on trust after 245 days off and some of the Hobbs team, who have come to life after a quiet start, have needed a run to get fully fit.

 

I think that the value here lies with COURT MASTER who is a Course and Distance winner who whilst disappointing on seasonal debut 7 weeks ago when we tipped it turned out as we suggested at the time to have had an issue. They have given it a wind operation and a 6 week rest and with the proven form and the wind operation sorted I think the Odds are ridiculous if it's done the trick and I'm happy to take a speculative punt that it has.

 

TOPOFTHECOTSWOLDS for the Twiston-Davies team looks just the type for this race too. The yard is on fire at the moment, many coming on for early runs and this one shaped much better last time and today may just be the time to catch it right and you'd think that Sam will ride the horse prominently.
