I think it may well be softer than advertised here and have factored that in.

 

Apple Rock and The Changing Man have both won on their last 2 runs and come with 9lb penalties so I will cover them off with a small reverse F/Cast.

 

Go Chique for Henderson goes up against TIME TO TINKER for Nicholls in Nicholls back yard and despite top weight I'm very confident that PFN will come out on top of that mini-battle especially if the ground softens.

 

Moonacacaroona has shown glimmers of form for Alan King whose horses seem to be running well and is feared and the same sentiments apply to Republican and Presenting Jeremy and I will watch those three with interest and add to the TRACKER with any signs of gradual improvement.

 

I think though that both BOBALOT and HUNTSMANS JOG are worth a small investment here. BOBALOT won on handicap debut off a mark of 103, I don't think Lingfield suited it at all last time and back here off a mark of 108 with a good 7lbs Claimer up, I think it's worth persevering with. HUNTSMANS JOG has moved from Fergal O'Brien to Milton Harris and whilst F'OB is an excellent Trainer churning out winners, Harris has a knack of rejuvenating horses and looking at the form of HUNTSMANS JOG there is plenty to like in the not too distant past to think that the trip and distance off a mark of 110 are very very appealing!
