ROBIN - Taunton 3.33 - Handicap Chase - Class 5 - 2 miles 7 furlongs - 16 run - Good to Soft > Soft - heavy rain and high winds due.

 

16 declared so some enhanced places and a lot of nice types and some who may need this run.

 

Getthepot has trip and Going concerns, Midnight Glance has been out of form but could revive, William Philo ticks all the boxes apart from a recent run and may just need this, as may , Mailings Island who built up a very promising Hurdle profile before 604 days off.

 

There are three that really catch my eye and a fourth who may need the run but definitely one to follow!

 

LOCK OUT is one I have tracked for a while and been waiting for it to be upped in trip and over Fences, a nice P2P background and it's had a nice prep for this, another ex 3mile P2P horse is CATUABA  whose P2P for has been backed up by some nice prospects with other Yards and who is fit and ready on Chase debut under Rules.  One at bigger odds is DINDIN also the the Pipe's a Distance winner, fine on Soft, race fit and off a very nice looking mark of 99 with a good 7lbs Claimer, and one who I really quietly fancy here.

 

The one to keep a very close eye on, and may be £1 e/w who would have been a NAP if race fit but who I'm sure will come on for the run is DELGANY MONARCH  for Richard Rowe who caught my eye a few times last season.
