Kendelu was an excellent winner for us last time over Course and Distance, well found and well backed but although it's always a danger here and clearly in form, at 4/1 I think there is better value today but another bold run looks assured.

 

There are mixed messages about the trip for Mini Crest for Olly Murphy and Carry On The Magic was always going to be favourite for Paul Nicholls a 3 mile P2P horse very unexposed and could be anything.

 

There are three though that excite me more at their respective prices.

 

PUZZLE CACHE will welcome any rain that falls during the afternoon and could be primed now after a couple of runs including a 3rd place last time out. A Course and Distance winner in heavy off a mark of 85 in February and should be very competitive running back off that mark with a 7lbs Claim today.

 

FREDDY FRANATAPAN was tipped and finished an enhanced 5th last time at Exeter, the step up in trip looks very logical, it will be disappointing if we don;t get some more place money at least for Stuart Kittows progressive type. I think too that the course and Distance form of VIKING RUBY stands out, this one may not need much rain and would be better without it...if it's soft or softer I'd have a small shrapnel bet, if Good or Good to Soft a tracker bet (assuming you can leave the bet as late as possible we'll class as a Tracker though for result purposes).
