Fairyhouse 1.07 - Handicap Hurdle - 2 miles 7 and 1/2 furlongs - 14 run - Good to Yielding

 

At the top of the market Goodie Girl is upped 8lbs and 6 furlongs and despite an impressive win last time is opposable under very different circumstances here. Folly Beach the second favourite does not appeal as great value either and Warmer Days Ahead, who is in the Tracker, is also raised in trip and off an inflated mark so by-passed on this occasion.

 

Lightkeeper for Elliott comes with very mixed messages so expect the unexpected and is ranked a serious danger to the selections, together with Walkforadime, a capable and nice mare who has run well in May and November in the past so who may be primed and she was my 3rd best rated (a reserve therefore if with selection is a non runner).

 

Notkeepinygoing may need this run but will win races I'm sure so is added to the TRACKER from today based on the analysis of this race.

 

My top 2 rated though are WHAT'S AVAILABLE who i think is significantly over-priced, 2 Course wins at 2 and a half miles suggest it likes this Course, a step back up to 3 miles is not a concern when you see earlier effort at the trip and I'm a bit surprised they haven't stepped up in trip before, a winner off a mark of 125, so a mark here of 112 is seriously enticing! FATHOM TWO for Gavin Cromwell has progressed nicely and two and a half miles, they step up in trip here and decent any conclusive proof, I think the run style suggests the horse could be ideally suited by the new trip. Fairyhouse 3.25 Handicap Hurdle - 2 miles 4 and 1/2 furlongs - 16 run - Good to Yielding.

 

Stowaway Lass is in decent form but has 4th run in around a month and may just feel those exertions in this tight track. Tomas O'Maille has been Chasing but has some decent past hurdle form and should run his race, Stellar Symphony @ 10/1  is in the Tracker but all best form is at 3 miles, that said is my 4th best rated here and not lightly overlooked and well worth an investment if we have an early non runner from the selections. Down Around another in the Tracker is not considered on recent form and I am adding Pana To Milan to the TRACKER from today as it's one who probably still needs a run or two and who will definitely come in to play if and when we get any substantial rain.

 

I cannot split NELLS CHOICE and WALK IN TIME at the head of the market and whilst I think they are most likely to finish 1-2 I will leave a bet on each, or a reverse forecast to your discretion.

 

The real each way value though I confidently predict lies with POLITICISE who has had a couple of spins already and usually needs them, looks very interesting and well handicapped taking that into account and I will be frankly disappointed if this one doesn't finish in the first 4-5 home here.
